How can I receive my order?

In most cases, you will have the option to pay for local delivery or to self-collect the products at our shop. We recommend self collection because the nature of our products means it is easily damaged or melts during delivery.

Can I return my purchases?

Due to the nature of foodstuff and the short shelf life of our products with little to no preservatives, purchased items are not returnable nor exchangeable. This includes deformed or melted goods. For this reason, we strongly recommend customers to pick up the items from our stores or choose the “Cool” option for local delivery.

How long do I have to wait before I can devour/gift my order?

If your order is in stock, you can get it immediately if you visit our shop here, or If you made a pre-order with us, you should be able to collect it within two weeks of the pre-order offer closure.

I wish to purchase your product but I’m not located in Singapore.

For overseas purchases we can try to ship over to your country but the shipment will be subjected to your local regulations which may include quarantine.

*Please check with your local customs regarding the regulations for packed food (chocolate, snacks). There will be no refunds nor returns if the items are confiscated or detained past expiry by your local authorities.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Cost of shipping will depend on your actual location and weight of the package.
